At The Atelier Curation House, every order is handled with the utmost care and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail tracked services:
- Orders over £150 — Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed next business day
- Orders £50–£150 — Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked
- Orders under £50 — Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked, fully insured for the value of your order. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of dispatch, depending on destination and local customs processing.
Please Note
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail delays or customs clearance.
- All parcels are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- For high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery.
- International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at [insert email address] and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date for UK orders, and 25 working days for international orders. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and keep you informed throughout.
